I am 78 and recently my neighbour's behaviour has made me realise how vunerable I am. I now do 10 curls (12 pounds)five times a week and some pressups etc for 15 minutes. I am fitter and younger than my years.

What I need is some moves when in a possible physical encounter position.

I am 63, diabeteic-2,healthy active but under weight. I am greatfull for this information I will start muscle building excersises from to-morrow.
